Welcome to my Online Yoga Shala ! I'm Kirthika, affectionately known as Kitty. After being in the corporate world for 12 years across diverse sectors, I discovered my true passion in Yoga. Over 2500 hours of practice and teaching experience, I've crafted a unique yoga style that blends traditional philosophy of the journey within with other contemporary forms of fitness training. 

 My approach to yoga is holistic, drawing inspiration from various disciplines such as Vinyasa, Iyengar, Pilates, as well as incorporating elements of resistance and weight training. Each class is thoughtfully curated to be enriching, enjoyable, and invigorating, offering a journey towards self-discovery and personal growth. I welcome you to join me on this transformative path where we explore the depths of yoga practice, finding alignment within ourselves while embracing the challenges and joys along the way.

Hi kitty ..Attending the online yoga class was truly rejuvenating! When I started two years back I was initially skeptical about joining the online class but after a month I found it easy, once I started to show on the mat. I have never been so consistent on any class but a big thanks to you for making the one hour lively and more energetic, fun oriented though sometimes to hold in pose is difficult. I have struggle in the initial days to sit in vajarasana and malasana but now I find it better to hold and my knees has got better and no pain these days. Thanks to your amazing energy and can’t believe it’s been really now 2 years of journey. I have started to do journaling recently because of our classes. The breathing exercises were particularly transformative, helping me to connect with my breath and quiet my mind in a way I hadn’t experienced before.the more I do these regularly I’m starting to find a lot difference to where I started and understand my body better ❣️ Thank you for always guiding and motivating to hold longer in each pose ! Love your positivity and the breaks you ask to take, not to push over the limit and listen to the body. Looking forward to more amazing session to get stronger and fitter!

After seeing me gain weight and becoming a slothful, I knew I had to start yoga to find the much needed physical / mental wellness, and feel grounded. I signed up with Krithika 2 years ago, but thanks to her and her determination, I've been able to enjoy yoga and see all its benefits. Krithika is wonderful, she pays attention to you, encourage you to try variations but also balance what your body tells you. I am so focused on my postures and breathing, thanks to her instructions .Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will get a great yoga practice . Honestly, I had previously been struggling getting myself to enjoy working out and being healthy again, but with Krithika and the way she plans her sessions, I genuinely look forward to each class, whether it’s a killer strength class or a yoga class. Each class is always centered around some sort of focus, which makes the classes feel even more personalized. The classes are CHALLENGING and creative; I always feel like I'm learning something new and getting stronger in every class. Krithika is super attentive and take the time to get to know you.  I find myself improving balance, stamina, endurance, flexibility and just overall mental health. Typically I attend 3 classes a week, always feeling energetic and "happy"

Starting to do yoga made me feel like a completely different person mentally and physically. It helped me to speak my heart out and let go things that are been inside me for so long. Bottling up my emotions and feelings is a biggest weakness before starting yoga but now it helped me to open up and made me a better version of myself. I would not give away total credit to all these changes in my life to yoga because I have practiced yoga before but I have not experienced these changes I think it’s something to do with the way Kirthika teaches! 🥂to the best teacher who is helping me to be a better version of myself every single day.
